American DJ Colorscope

Very unique lighting effect from American DJ!  This is the Colorscope which makes a hypnotizing effect similar to the older Optikentitics projector units.  The unit features a 24 volt, 250 watt ELC lamp as the light source in the unit.  The beam of light goes through a large focusing lens then through a sound active rotating cylinder with dichoric glass pieces making the color change effect.  As the cylinder rotates there is a large metal gobo that makes the unique effect.  If a different effect is preferred the gobo can be changed out.  Unit is fan cooled and has an adjustment knob on the rear for the sound trigger sensitivity.  Great unit made in Taiwan.
