Kremesa CR/3 Helicopter

Another great Kremesa Heli. I was fortunate to find this unit brand new!! This is a Kremesa CR/3T (3) head helicopter light. Unit has 3 4514 6 volt, 30 watt bulbs and 1 internal high quality Kelvin motor for rotation. Unit has 1 circuit for control, basically on and off only. Lamps and motor are tied together with a 36 volt transformer in the base. Unit rotates at about 50 RPM. Great feature with the Kremesa Helicopters is that there are 2 separate adjustments for the heads (left & Right and up & down). Made in Spain.

PSL Programmi Sistemi Luce Night Star (King Street)

Classic Moonflower unit from Programmi Sistemi Luce. Fixture is very similar to the Martin Star Flash Cone unit and Martin Rainbow units as the placement of the dichoric glass is in the same position. The light uses a standard 120 volt, 300 watt 64514 bulb with the dichoric wheel rotating to the beat of the music via an internal microphone producing the output. Unit has a very wide angle so a very large cone of multicolored light is produced.  Unit made in Italy.

Martin Supermoon

I think this might be the largest of all of the moonflowers produced!  This is the original Martin Supermoon.  The unit uses a common 24 volt, 250 watt EHJ lamp with a very large mirrored dish behind it. The mirror dish features an adjustable speed DC motor for slow to very fast beam rotation.  Attached to the plate that holds the mirror dish assembly is another small DC motor with an off-balance weight attached to the shaft.  This motor rotates at different speeds to make a ‘Shaking’ effect as the entire unit is mounted on springs.  Located on the front of the unit is yet another Adjustable speed DC motor. This motor is used to rotate the color wheel at the front of the unit.  The wheel has 5 colors & white (no color).  All functions of this unit are controlled from the 19” rack mount controller which features dedicated speed adjustment knobs for all 3 DC motors and also has an audio input (1/4” Plug) for audio synchronization.  Each motor also has a push button to make the specific motor either respond to music or bypass and be run manually.  Essentially you can choose to have some motors running constantly or reacting to music.  Unit made in Denmark.

Programmi Sistemi Luce (PSL) Dancer Scan Unit

A very unique unit from PSL.  This is the Dancer Scan unit.  It features 2 X 120 volt, 500 watt EHA Pre-Focus lamps at the rear of the unit.  The light goes through a small convex lens and then through a very slow constantly moving dichoric wheel with many vibrant colors.  The light then goes through a larger set of convex lenses and onto 2 large moving mirror panels.  The panels move separately making 2 large beams that move up and down.  At the top of the unit there are 2 different constantly rotating mirrored dishes (1 with strips of glass and the other squares of glass).  When the mirror moves completely flat the light hits the mirrors creating stunning beam effects.  The unit can run by itself with onboard patterns triggered by a microphone or can be remotely controlled by a standard 0 - 10 volt analogue controller.  Awesome unit made in Italy.
