This is a Lightcraft 1203 Touch Panel. Super simple unit to use. Each of the 12 channels has 2 touch buttons. The top one which has an "H" on it is used to "hold" the channel (On or off). The button below with the star looking design on it is a "Punch", or "tap" button (You touch it the channel is active, take your finger off of it - it turns off). Unit also features additional control of a 460 or 4600 chase controller in via the 1/4" input on the rear. Unit made in the United States.
