Very unique and RARE bubble machine from Optikenitics. This classic unit features a high power fan with a rotating bubble stick in front of it. A small plastic container holds the solution as the rotating sticks dip into the tank. Very unique configuration and design. Unit made in England.

MBT ME9260 Wagon Wheel Unit

Super cool effect from MBT. This is a ME9260 Wagon Wheel unit. I'm not usually a fan of MBT units, but this one is awesome! This unit features a 120 volt, 500 watt linear bulb that lays horizontal inside the unit. The light shines off of 2 sets of dichoric glass blades that rotate to the beat of the music. The front set of blades are attached to the motor directly and the rear spin freely. This make a very cool saw blade looking effect. The units physical size is very large and it looks awesome in fog! Unit made in Taiwan.

DJ USA Bliss II DJA-404

Very cool unit by DJ USA. Unit was distributed by NESS here in the US. Unit has a large gobo / dichoric wheel with 16 different positions on it. The gobos can be selected by the 3 position switch on the rear of the unit. Position 1 (left) is auto where it automatically changes every 5 - 10 seconds, but only when the mirror dish inside is rotating. Position 2 (middle) is what ever gobo is chosen stays on that pattern. Position 3 (right) is used to manually select gobos. There is also a 1/4" connection for a remote. With the remote you can choose the gobo away from the unit. The microphone on the rear of the unit is used to control the internal rotating mirror dish which moves to the beat of the music. The light source is 1 - 120 volt, 250 watt ENH bulb. This light is very similar to the Martin Voyager unit. Unit made in China.

2 Head PAR 36 Beacon's

What classic club didn't have a set of these in it? This is a set of 3 classic 2 head light beacons. Originally used for emergency vehicles and usually called police lights, these type of fixtures made their way into clubs in the 70's and faded out in the late 80's. The newer versions of these style lights use a rotating reflector instead of rotating bulbs. This made a poor effect as far as I am concerned. The newest version uses LED's that chase around the dome for the effect. The set here was produced by North American Signal for industrial purposes, but I acquired them for visual effects! The lamps inside are 12.8 volt, 30 watt - 4416-1 bulbs. The bulbs rotate at about 30 RPM. Units are made in the U.S.

Programmi Sistemi Luce 1500 Watt Strobe

Another awesome Italian light piece. This is a Programmi Sistemi Luce 1500 watt strobe light. Awesome light that puts out a blinding flash of white light. Super high quality and built super strong. Even uses a nice piece of glass on the front of the unit and not plastic like most others. Unit has a used 1500 watt factory bulb. The only issue is that the unit skips a flash once in a while. There is also a microphone on the rear so it can be set to flash to the beat of the music. Light has its own dedicated 0 - 10 volt controller. Unit made in Italy. Unit has been sold!!

American DJ Tempest 250

I acquired these 2 lights in a deal I did a while ago. They currently are not working, but hopefully in time they will be operational. One PCB is having issues and the other unit's PCB is missing. The problem is they are no longer available. If anyone knows where to find replacements shoot me an email. These units are heavy and bulky, but put on a super show when working. The units have a MSD 250 watt arc lamp in the center that emits through a set of 6 small lenses (one for each output) then through a rotating dichroic lens system. From there through another 6 convex lenses then on to mirrors that move and rotating mirrored dishes. Each of the 6 outputs has 2 separate mirrors mounted on motors and a constantly rotating mirror dish. Through the internal programs and DMX control the units output is scanning beams in and out as well as bouncing off of the rotating mirror drums. You must see this unit live in person to appreciate the true beauty of this light. There is a total of 19 stepper motors (1 for the color wheel & 3 for each output) and 3 standard motors for the cooling fans. Unit can be operated through DMX 512, connected to other units through a XLR cable for master/slave operation and run independently. The programs are pre-programmed and are triggered from DMX 512 or through an internal microphone to make it react. This unit, when it was available, came in a few different versions. All were pretty much the same, but used different lamps. They were the MSD 250 (like these), GLC 575, HMI 575, EVD 36V, 400W & Arcsteam 150. Unit made in Taiwan.
