Unknown Custom Double Beacon Effect Unit

A very cool unit that was custom built (unfortunately not from me).  It looks like a Leestar (China) base from a older unit was used as the foundation of this unit and a couple of double par 35 beacons were attached to the rotating shaft.  There are 3 powered circuits, but only 2 are utilized for the units operation.  Whatever was attached originally used the additional circuit.  Each beacon uses 2 X GE 4416 - 12 volt, 30 watt spot lamps that rotate in opposite directions as the units are mounted back to back.  The unit rotates at around 30 RPM.  Base unit made in China, beacons made in????

    I can help out on the make and model of the beacons since it appears their badges are gone. They are both either Tripp Lite or Tri Lite, RF6 beacons with the plastic industrial-style bases, as shown in this link to a photo of the current Tri Lites in production:

    Very cool unit of club and dance hall lighting technology from the 70s and 80s. It looks like a take on the Lite Lab LL20 double spinning beacon fixture in the brochure you have on your blog. Lite Lab seems they had a contract with Tripp Lite while they were still around and Tripp Lite supplied the Mark 12 and Mark 6 beacons for their line of lighting effects, having the beacon badges branded with the Lite Lab name and under the "LL" designation. I'm sure finding an actual LL20 fixture in good condition is next to impossible, so I'd hang onto this custom double beacon spinner if I were you!

    Great blog site, by the way. I like seeing vintage disco and club lights being preserved. Keep up the good work!
